You can find us at Impression House on G.D Ambekar Marg. We are on the first floor in unit 42A. It’s a decent spot in Mumbai, and it makes getting around to different project sites fairly simple. We handle various realty projects from this office. The space is usually filled with maps, blueprints, and plenty of tea cups. We aren't really the type for big corporate meetings. Instead, we usually just sit around the table and figure out what needs to be done for the day. Some days are slow, filled with just filing and phone calls, while others are a complete mess of deadlines. The traffic on Ambekar Marg can be a nightmare during rush hour, so we try to time our site visits carefully. Dealing with property in this city means you have to be patient. We’ve had our fair share of long afternoons waiting for approvals or signatures. It’s just how it goes here. We don’t put on any acts; we just do the work that comes across our desks. Most of us have lived in Mumbai for years, so we understand how the local market moves. It’s a lot of grind, but it’s what we know. The office is usually open early, and there’s always someone here to answer the phone. We just keep things moving one project at a time, month after month.
