Light House Estate Agency is located at 2 J B Nagar inside Parekh Mahal. We are right on I J Road, which is in the Shivaji Park neighborhood. One of the easiest ways to find us is that we are directly opposite the post office. Shivaji Park is a very well-known area, so there are always people walking around or sitting in the park nearby. Our office in Parekh Mahal is an older style space, which is common for this part of town. We handle real estate, so we are constantly talking about flats and shops in the area. The office is filled with ledgers and maps of the local blocks. It’s a bit of an old-fashioned way of doing things, but it works for us. We sit at our desks and wait for people to drop in after they finish their business at the post office across the street. The road outside can get quite busy, especially in the evenings when everyone is out for a stroll. We have been here long enough that we know most of the buildings around I J Road. It is a straightforward estate agency where we just try to keep track of what is available for rent or sale.
