Leeshaa Academy Of Dance

Our studio, Leeshaa Academy Of Dance, is located in Bandra West. We have a bit of a mix in our address, being at 7 Ram Vihar on the 1st Main Road in Maruthi Nagar, and also linked to 95 Hill Road. Bandra is always full of life, and our spot is right in the middle of it. It’s not one of those huge, shiny dance studios with wall-to-wall mirrors and expensive lighting. It’s a more modest space with wooden floors where we can actually get some work done. It gets quite warm in the Mumbai humidity, so we usually have the windows open and the fans going while we practice. We don't have a marketing team or anyone to write fancy slogans for us. Most people just find us because they live in Maruthi Nagar or they see us when they are walking along Hill Road. The space at Ram Vihar has a lot of character, even if it’s a bit rough around the edges. We spend a lot of time there, practicing and teaching, and it feels very much like our own little corner of the city. We aren't trying to be the most polished or corporate academy out there. We just want a place where there is enough room to move and music playing. It’s a simple, practical setup that fits the neighborhood perfectly. We just show up every day and keep the music going, working on our routines until we are finished.
