Lebanese Point Fast Food

We are located at Shop No 19 B on the ground floor over in Andheri West. It's Lebanese Point Fast Food, though most people just call us by the name on the board. The area around here is always moving, people going to work or just walking around the shops. Our space is small, just enough for the kitchen equipment and a place for people to stand. We start prep work early in the afternoon because the evening gets quite hectic. Cutting the meat and getting the sauces ready takes a lot of time. The floor is grey stone and it gets a bit slippery if we aren't careful with the cleaning. We've got a small radio that plays mostly old songs in the background, but you can barely hear it over the sound of the exhaust fan. The fan is quite loud, but it’s necessary with the grill going all day. Customers come from the offices nearby mostly. They are always in a hurry. We try to get things wrapped up quickly so they can get back to whatever they were doing. Sometimes the delivery bikes block the front of the shop and we have to go out and tell them to move. It’s just the usual daily stuff. Nothing special happens, we just keep the grill hot and the counter clear. It’s a decent spot in Andheri. Sometimes the lights on the street go out early, so we rely on our indoor lamps to show people the way in. We keep a stack of napkins on the corner of the counter because things can get a bit messy.
