Our office is up on the second floor of the Kitkat Society in Bandra West. It’s room B 207, right across from Guru Nanak Park, which is a nice spot to look at when the traffic isn't too loud. Being in Bandra, things are always moving fast and people are always looking for a place to stay or a bit of office space. We spend a lot of our time on the phone or walking around the nearby lanes to check on different properties. The building is an older one, so it has that specific feel to it. We aren't a huge firm with dozens of agents in suits. It is mostly just us sitting here with our files and tea, trying to figure out which flat matches what someone is looking for. Finding a good place in this part of town is never easy, so we just do our best to keep track of what’s available. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw our sign from the park. We talk to them, show them some photos, and maybe go for a site visit if they have time. It gets quite busy during the weekends especially. The office gets a bit messy with all the paperwork and maps spread out on the desks. We've been in this society for a while now and know the neighbors pretty well. It's a practical job that keeps us on our feet throughout the day.
