Lamtex Insulation

Our office is in the Botawala Building, up on the first floor. We are right at Horniman Circle, which is a pretty famous part of town, especially with the Asiatic Central Library right across from us. It is a beautiful area, very old and full of history, though our day-to-day work is much more practical. We focus on insulation materials. It is the kind of stuff most people don't think about until they really need it for a project or a factory setup. The building has those high ceilings and thick walls that you only find in South Mumbai. We spend a lot of time on the phone or looking at spec sheets for different types of wool and boards. It’s not the kind of job that gets a lot of attention, but it’s important. Being at No. 11/13, we get a lot of people wandering in because they’re looking for other offices in the building, but we don't mind the company. The view of the circle is nice when we get a minute to look out the window. Lunchtime is usually a quick bite from a local stall nearby. We’ve been in this spot for a while now, and we’ve gotten used to the rhythm of the city around here. The library always has people on the steps, and the traffic circles around all day. We just keep our heads down and get the orders processed for our clients.
