Lakum Real Estate Consultancy

We are based out of D-46 at Plot No 208 in Sector No 2. It’s part of the Tapa Bhumi Housing Society in Kandivali West, specifically the Dattawadi area. It’s a residential neighborhood, so it feels very grounded. We do real estate consultancy, which basically means people come to us when they have questions about buying or selling their homes around here. The office is tucked away in the society, so it’s not like a big storefront on a main road. It’s more personal that way. We know the neighbors and we know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. We’ve lived and worked around Kandivali for a long time. The space we have is small, filled with some old files and a couple of chairs for visitors. We don't have a big marketing team or anything. It’s just us answering the phone and talking to people who walk in. Dealing with property in Mumbai can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and paperwork, so we try to help make sense of it for regular folks. Sometimes we spend the whole afternoon just explaining things over a cup of tea. It’s a simple way of doing business, but it works for us.
