Lad Estate Consultancy

Lad Estate Consultancy is based out of Garage No 2 on Plot No 25. We are in the Hrushi building in Vile Parle East. It’s a bit of an unusual spot since it’s technically a garage space, but it works perfectly for us. We are right near the Shri Krishna Agency, so people use that as a landmark to find us. Vile Parle East has a different vibe than the west side, a bit more residential in spots but still very busy. Our little office is compact. We’ve managed to fit a couple of desks, a filing cabinet, and a few extra chairs inside. It can get a bit hot in the afternoons, so we usually have the fan going full blast. We spend most of our time dealing with property consultations and paperwork. Since we are in a garage space, we are right at street level, so we see everyone walking by. We’ve got a good relationship with the other folks in the Hrushi building. It’s not the kind of place where you’ll find plush carpets or expensive art. It’s just a working office where we handle business. Most days are spent on the phone or out visiting sites around Vile Parle. We like being local and staying close to the ground. It’s just us doing our thing at Lad Estate Consultancy. If the door is open, someone is usually there to help out. We’ve been here for quite some time now.
