La Estate

La Estate is based in the Ararat Building, which is B7 over in Andheri West. We are right in the Lokhandwala area, just off J B Mata Road. It’s a busy part of town, which we like because there is always a lot of energy. We’ve been in this office for a few years now. It’s not the biggest space in Andheri, but it’s ours. We handle real estate stuff, mostly around this neighborhood. We know the streets and the buildings around here like the back of our hands. We aren't some big corporate firm with hundreds of employees. We’re just a small team trying to help people find a place to live or work. We don't use all those buzzwords you hear in the city. We just talk to people like they are our neighbors, because usually, they are. Sometimes the market is crazy and we are running around all day, and other times it’s quiet enough to have a long lunch. We like the variety of the job. Being near Lokhandwala means we see all sorts of people. We try to be honest about what a place is like before someone signs anything. It’s a decent way to earn a living. If you’re near J B Mata Road, you can find our building easily. Just look for the B7 sign in the Ararat Building. We’re usually here during the day working on something.
