We are based in Royal Classic House, right on the Andheri East Main Road. We are actually next to Citi Mall, so it’s a very easy place to find. Our office is on the second floor. It’s a busy spot because Andheri is always moving. We spend a lot of time on the phone or out visiting different properties around the city. The office isn't always full because someone is usually out showing an apartment or looking at a new building. When we are all in, it gets pretty loud with everyone talking at once. We keep a lot of files and maps around to track what’s available. It’s a lot of paperwork and checking details, making sure addresses are right and keys are where they should be. We’ve been here for a good stretch of time. Being near the mall means there’s always a lot of foot traffic outside. We don't really do the big sales pitches you see on TV. We just tell people what’s on the market and what the prices are looking like this week. It’s a straightforward way of doing things. Sometimes people just walk in off the street to ask about rents in the area. We have a small table where we sit and go over the listings. It’s a functional space, nothing too over the top. We just try to keep up with the pace of the neighborhood. The traffic on the main road is constant, but we’re used to the noise by now.
