Kumars Receipe

Girgaon is one of those old-school neighborhoods where everyone seems to know everyone. We are located at 105/107, and it is a pretty standard setup. We have been operating under the Kumars Receipe name for a bit, focusing on the food we make every day. The kitchen is where most of the work happens. It is not a massive space, but we make it work by staying organized. Some days are busier than others, especially when the weather is nice and people are walking around the Girgaon streets. We do not spend much on advertising or anything like that. People just find us or they have lived nearby for years and know where we are. The front door sticks a little when it rains, and the walls could probably use a fresh coat of paint eventually, but it feels like home to us. We get in early to start the prep work. There is always a lot of chopping and stirring to do before we open the doors to the public. We do not have a big staff, just a few of us who know the routine. We try to keep things quiet and just get the jobs done. It is a lot of manual work, standing on your feet most of the shift, but that is just part of the business. We like the area and the people who stop by for a quick bite. It is just a normal local kitchen where we keep things simple and practical every day.
