Kumar Property Consultant is located at 1 Kandivali East in the Thakur Complex. If you know Kandivali, you know the Thakur Complex is a pretty busy hub with lots of shops and families living nearby. Our office is right in the thick of it. It’s a small, practical space where we spend our mornings and evenings. We’ve been helping people with property stuff around here for years. The office is usually a bit cluttered with paperwork and maps of the local developments. We don't have a big corporate feel at all. It’s more like sitting in someone’s living room, just with more files. People often pop in while they are out doing their grocery shopping or picking up their kids from school. We talk to everyone the same way. There’s no scripted speech or anything like that. We just know the buildings in the complex and the surrounding streets. Sometimes the elevators in the building are slow, so we end up taking the stairs a lot. It keeps us moving. The phone rings a fair bit, mostly people asking about prices or what’s new on the market. We try to stay honest about what we see happening in the area. It’s a local operation, run by people who actually live around here. We don’t have any big goals other than keeping the doors open and doing right by the neighbors who trust us.
