Kuber Dhaval Estates India LLP is based on the ground floor of Kalyan Bhauvan. We are in unit B-2 on Plot-468, located on Road No 34 in Mumbai. Having a ground-floor office is very practical because it’s easy for everyone to get in and out. The building is in the 400019 area, which is always busy and full of life. Our office is quite a simple setup. We have a few desks and some big metal cupboards where we store all our records. It’s not a fancy corporate office with modern art; it’s just a place where we do our work. We spend a lot of our time going through documents and talking on the phone. There is always a lot to do, so we stay pretty focused throughout the day. You can hear the sounds of traffic and people walking by on Road No 34. We’ve been here for a long time and know the area very well. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. We just handle things directly and honestly. Sometimes the office gets a bit cramped when we have a lot of visitors, but we make it work. We usually take a break in the afternoon for some tea and a quick chat. It’s a very local, straightforward way of running things. We just come in, do our jobs, and make sure all the property details are handled correctly before we lock up for the day.
