Krishna Housing Agency

Krishna Housing Agency is based at C/9, Kesar Chs, which is in Kandivali West. We are pretty close to the Reliance Mart and directly opposite the Bhagwati Hotel. If you’re around that area, you’ve probably walked past our door a dozen times. It’s a lively spot with a lot of people coming and going because of the hotel and the shopping nearby. Our office is just a regular room in the housing society building. We handle housing stuff for the local area, mostly helping people find apartments or dealing with lease papers. It’s not glamorous work, but it keeps us busy from morning until night. We have a lot of old files stacked up because we’ve been here for quite some time. The office can get a bit crowded when a few people show up at once, but we make do with the space we have. We usually have the radio on in the background while we work. It’s a friendly place, and we know many of the residents in Kesar Chs by name. When the weather is nice, we might stand outside for a bit to chat with the neighbors. We don’t go in for big marketing or anything like that. We just stay at our desks, answer the phone, and try to be helpful to whoever walks through the door. It is a simple life and we like it that way.
