Krish Properties

Krish Properties is located at Shop No 11 in Garden Tower. We are right in Kandivali East, sitting directly opposite the Reliance Fresh, so it is a very busy spot. Being on the ground floor means we see a lot of foot traffic throughout the day. People often pop in after doing their grocery shopping to ask about shops or flats for rent. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow quite a bit. It’s a small shop, but we handle a lot of different property matters for the locals. Most of our time is spent talking to landlords or showing people around the nearby towers. Kandivali has changed a lot, with new buildings popping up everywhere. We try to keep track of it all so we can give people straight answers. There is no big marketing team here, just us working the phones and filing papers. It gets pretty cramped in the shop sometimes when we have a few people in at once. We don't mind though, it means business is steady. We handle the basic stuff like buying, selling, and renting without making it too complicated. It’s a simple business and we like it that way. We are just local people helping other local people with their housing needs in this corner of Mumbai, right across from the shops.
