Our shop is Kothari Medical Subsitution Service Pvt. Ltd. and you can find us at Shop Number-1 in Rakhanji Mahal. We are right on Acharya Donde Marg, basically opposite the Wadia Children Hospital. Being so close to a hospital means we see a lot of people coming in and out all day long. It's a small place, but we pack a lot into it. We spend most of our time looking at prescriptions and checking what we have in the cupboards. It’s a bit of a hectic spot because of the traffic and the hospital visitors, but we like the pace. We don't have a big fancy lobby or anything like that. It’s just a counter and shelves. Sometimes people come in confused about their medicine, and we try to help them figure it out. We’ve been at this location for years, so we know the regulars who live around here. The street is always loud, and there’s always someone looking for a specific brand of medicine. We just do our bit to get people what they need. It’s not an easy job, standing on your feet all day, but it’s what we do. We aren't part of some big chain. We’re just a local service trying to keep things running smoothly. If you look across from the hospital, you’ll see us there. We have a small stool behind the counter that everyone fights over. The light in the back room flickers sometimes, but we haven't gotten around to fixing it yet. It’s a busy life on Acharya Donde Marg.
