Konzept Architect & Interior Designer

Our base is in Ghatkopar West, specifically at H O D/2 196. As Konzept Architect & Interior Designer, we’ve been part of this community for a long time. Designing new structures and figuring out how to make interiors look better takes up most of our time. Ghatkopar is a busy place, and there’s always something being built or renovated nearby. Simple operations are what we prefer. Our office isn’t filled with expensive furniture; it’s filled with samples, catalogs, and lots of sketches. Talking to local vendors and making sure we have the right materials for projects is a big part of the day. Sometimes a small flat is the focus, and other times it might be a bigger commercial unit. The goal stays the same: just do the work right. Big marketing speeches or fancy presentations aren't things we do. We prefer to show people what we’ve done in the past and let that speak for itself. Being on-site to check the progress of a wall or a floor makes it a hands-on job. Knowing the local area well helps when dealing with permits and local quirks. Our small team knows their roles well. Seeing a drawing turn into a real room that someone can use is the best part of the process. Realistic budgets and timelines are what we stick to because that's what matters to families. It’s just how we operate.
