We’re located over in Dadar East at the Landmark Tower. Our space is specifically on the 4th floor of the B wing. It’s right on G.D. Ambekar Marg, near Morachi Wadi. We run a kitchen here, so it’s usually quite busy and smells like food most of the day. We spend most of our mornings getting everything prepped for the day ahead. Dadar is always crowded, so getting supplies delivered can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We just handle the cooking and the orders. It’s not a restaurant where people come to sit down, it’s more of a functional kitchen setup for the business side of things. My cousin and a couple of guys from the neighborhood help out. We get our ingredients from the local markets around Naigaon. The building is easy enough to spot once you get to the right street. We try to keep things clean and the workflow steady. Sometimes the elevator takes ages, but that’s just how things go in Mumbai buildings. We just do our daily tasks and then head home. There isn't much to say other than we're just a small LLP trying to make things work. If you’re ever around the Morachi Wadi area, you probably know the Landmark Tower. It has a lot of different businesses inside. We stay focused on the kitchen side of things and don't worry about much else. It gets pretty hot during the summer months, but we’re used to it by now. We just take each day as it comes.
