We set up Kol Rolls on Baghad Road, right near Ring Road 12. It is a spot that sees a lot of traffic, with people constantly moving between different parts of the city. We have been here for a bit now, mostly focusing on making rolls and getting them out quickly. It is a small place, mostly just a kitchen area and a small space for people to wait. We do not have a lot of seating or anything like that because most people are just passing through on their way somewhere else. Our days are filled with prepping ingredients, heating up the griddle, and wrapping things up. It gets pretty hot in here during the afternoons, but we are used to it by now. We do not spend money on advertising or fancy menus. We just write what we have on a board and get to work. People seem to find us just fine. Sometimes it is quiet and we just clean up and wait, and other times there is a line out the door and we are working as fast as we can. It is a simple business. We do not have any big corporate goals; we just want to make sure the food is ready and the customers are not waiting too long. Baghad Road is a busy place to be, and being right by the Ring Road means we meet all kinds of people every day. We just keep our heads down and keep the rolls coming for whoever stops by.
