We are located in the Kailash Industrial Complex over in Vikhroli West. You have to find G Wing and then take the lift up to the 4th floor, rooms 401 to 408. It is a large space because we have a lot to keep track of. Kirloskar Pneumatic Company Ltd. is quite a name to carry, but here in the office, it is just us working through the daily tasks. Vikhroli is a busy area, and the Park Site road can be a real headache during the monsoon months when the water collects. Inside the complex, it is a bit quieter than the street, but you still hear the hum of machinery from the lower floors. Our part of the wing is usually filled with the sound of keyboards and people talking about compressors or cooling systems. We do not have anything too fancy in terms of decor. It is mostly practical desks and shelves full of manuals and spare parts lists. We keep the tea kettle going pretty much all day. The staff here has been together for a long time, so we don't need many meetings to know what is going on. It is a straightforward environment where the focus is on the engineering side of things. If you visit, you will see a lot of people in half-sleeved shirts just getting on with their jobs. It is how we have always done things here.
