Kiran Verlekar

My name is Kiran Verlekar and I run my business out of 2 Malad East on Nagar Road. It’s a small place, but it suits what I do just fine. I’ve been in this spot for several years now and have seen the neighborhood change a lot. People around here usually recognize me because I’m always at the shop. It isn't a big company with departments and managers. It is just me and occasionally someone helping out when things get backed up. I handle everything from answering the phone to doing the actual work. Nagar Road can get pretty crowded, especially during rush hour, but once you’re inside, it’s a bit calmer. I don't go in for fancy marketing or trying to sound more important than I am. I just provide what people ask for and try to be fair about it. The building itself is nothing out of the ordinary, just a solid place to work. Sometimes I forget to tidy up the front desk because I’m too busy with a task in the back. That’s just the reality of running a one-person show. I don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. I just wake up, come to the office, and try to get through my to-do list before it gets dark. Most of my customers live right nearby.
