Kiran Shetty Design Consultants

We are located in Room Number 18 on the first floor of the Shamji Building. That is at 18 Noorbaug in Mumbai, pin code 400 009. It is an old building and it has a lot of character, though the stairs can be a bit of a climb if you are not used to it. Kiran Shetty Design Consultants is what we call ourselves. We do design work which means we spend a lot of time thinking about how spaces should look and function. The office is not very big but we have enough space for our drafting tables and computers. Noorbaug is a busy area and there is always something going on outside our windows. We have a lot of samples of materials and sketches lying around the place. It looks a bit messy to an outsider but we know where everything is. We do not have a big marketing department or anything fancy. It is just us working on designs for people who need them. Sometimes the fans are a bit noisy and the lights flicker, but that is just how it is in an old Mumbai building. We take our work seriously but we do not act like we are better than anyone else. We just like designing things and helping our clients figure out their spaces. It is a honest living and we have been doing it from this same room for years. We usually stay till late at night.
