Kiran Estate Consultant

I’ve been running Kiran Estate Consultant out of Shop 138 for a good while now. We are right on the ground floor over at Sar Mazgaon, just across from the Bank of India on Highway No 8. People usually stop by when they need a bit of help figuring out property stuff around here. It gets busy on the highway, but the shop is easy to find. I mostly handle the day-to-day paperwork and talk to folks looking for a place to stay or do business. It's not a big fancy office, just a practical space where we sit down and look at what’s available. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to actually get through the filing. I try to keep things straightforward because property deals can get confusing fast. If you're driving past the bank, you’ll see our sign. I’ve lived around this area long enough to know most of the buildings and who owns what. It helps to have someone who actually knows the neighborhood instead of just looking at a map. We don’t have a lot of staff, usually just me or one other person helping out. We keep the shop open most days. It’s a simple setup, really. Just a desk, some chairs, and a lot of maps and lists. That’s how we like to work. It feels right being part of the community here on the highway.
