You can find Kingz Properties at 31 Raj Arcade Building in Mahavir Nagar. Kandivali West is a busy spot, and Mahavir Nagar is usually buzzing with people. Our office is right in the middle of it all. We deal with all sorts of properties—apartments, shops, whatever comes our way. The Raj Arcade is a well-known building, so it’s easy for clients to visit. We aren’t a big franchise or anything like that. We’re just a local team working out of this office. It’s often a bit chaotic with phones ringing and people coming in and out. We don’t have a fancy reception area. Just some desks and chairs where we can sit down and look at floor plans. We know the Kandivali market pretty well. We’ve seen prices go through the roof over the years. We don’t try to sugarcoat things. If a flat is small or the building is old, we’ll tell you. We think it’s better that way. Most of our clients come from word of mouth. Someone’s cousin or neighbor used us, so they come too. We spend a lot of time on the ground, checking out new listings. It’s a lot of legwork. We just keep our heads down and do the work. Kingz Properties is our livelihood, and we take it seriously without being too stiff about it. We’ve been here for years and hope to stay in the Raj Arcade Building for many more.
