We are located in Om Shanti Darshan, which is in Sector 44 D of Andheri West. If you know where the McDonald’s is, we are very close to that. Kian Estate Agency isn’t a massive firm with a lot of staff. It’s a local office where we handle real estate stuff. Andheri is always crowded and noisy, but we like the energy. Most of our work involves helping people find a place to live or work in this part of town. We’ve been doing this long enough to know which buildings are good and which ones have issues. Our office in Om Shanti Darshan is where we keep all our records. It’s not a polished showroom. It’s a working office. We have maps on the walls and a lot of folders. Sometimes people just walk in because they saw our sign while going for a burger. We don’t mind. We give them the information they need without a big sales pitch. We know how stressful finding a place in Mumbai can be. We try to make it a bit easier by just being honest about what’s out there. Rents go up and down, and we just keep track of it all. It’s a busy life, but we enjoy meeting different people every day. That’s basically us—just a local estate agency trying to get things right in Sector 44 D. We hope to stay here for a long time because we really know the people and the streets around here.
