Khannas Estate Agency is located at 2 Andheri Ghorpadi Peth, in the Gautam View building at Seven Bunglows. We are situated right opposite the Axis Bank, which is a very easy landmark for anyone in the area. Andheri is a fast place to live, and Seven Bunglows is one of the most active parts of it. Our office in Gautam View is where we handle everything. It is a simple place with a lot of files and a few chairs for visitors. We spend our time helping people find apartments to rent or buy in this neighborhood. We do not have a big team or fancy advertisements. It is just us doing the work every day. We know the buildings around Seven Bunglows very well because we are always walking between them to show flats. The traffic near Axis Bank can be quite a lot, but we have gotten used to it over the years. We try to be very direct with anyone who walks into our office. If a flat has issues with water or the society rules are strict, we tell them upfront. We do not like to waste anyone’s time. People come to us because we are local and we actually know the landlords. We just want to help people settle into a home they like. It is a busy life, but we enjoy being part of the Seven Bunglows community.
