Khadya Sanskruti

We are based out of Vikhroli West at Jmabhoomi Margh C 24, which is part of the Kailash Industrial Compl. This place is called Khadya Sanskruti, and it is more of a workshop than a fancy office. The industrial complex is always full of noise—trucks reversing, people shouting, and the sound of machinery from the other units. Our space is tucked away in one of the blocks, and we spend our days dealing with the logistics of food and traditional supplies. It is a practical environment with high ceilings and heavy doors. We have some shelves piled high with containers and boxes that we move around as needed. Vikhroli West is a gritty area, and our building reflects that. There are no carpets or soft lighting here. We just have the fluorescent bulbs and the concrete floor. We usually have our lunch together on one of the packing tables because it’s the easiest place to sit. Working in an industrial complex like Kailash means you get to know the security guards and the delivery drivers pretty well. We don't spend much time worrying about how the place looks to outsiders. Our focus is just on the daily grind and making sure the orders are packed correctly before the evening pickup. It is a straightforward way to make a living, and we have been doing it this way for a long time now without any complaints from anyone.
