Keyaan Creations

Keyaan Creations is located in the Shah & Nahar Industrial Estate, which is on Senapati Bapat Marg in Lower Parel. If you’ve been to this part of Mumbai, you know it’s a mix of old industrial buildings and new glass towers. We are in the A-1 wing, unit 142. It’s a solid, older building that has seen a lot of businesses come and go over the years. We’ve been here for a good while now. Our space is pretty typical for Lower Parel—utilitarian and focused on getting the job done. The hallways can be a bit dark, and the stairs are well-worn, but it’s our home base. We spend most of our time inside the unit working on our latest designs and projects. It’s always a bit noisy outside with the traffic on Senapati Bapat Marg, but once you’re inside the estate, it’s a different world of small workshops and offices. We don’t have a big reception desk or anything like that. When you walk in, you’re right in the middle of where the work happens. It’s a very hands-on environment. Lower Parel is a central spot, so it makes sense for us to stay here even though the area is changing so much. We aren't a corporate office with a view; we are just a small team in an industrial unit making things happen every day. We keep it simple and focus on the work itself without worrying about sounding fancy or overly polished.
