Kestrel Import & Export Pvt. Ltd. is based at 304, Makani Centre. We are on 35th Road, which is right behind National College in Khar West. Being in Khar West is convenient because there are plenty of places to grab a quick lunch nearby. The Makani Centre is a standard office building, and we are up on the third floor. Our office is 304, and it’s mostly filled with computers and stacks of shipping documents. Import and export can be a bit of a headache with all the rules and regulations, so we spend a lot of time reading through fine print. It’s not the most exciting work, but it’s what we do. The office doesn't have much in the way of decoration, maybe just a calendar on the wall and some old folders. We are right behind the college, so during the day, you can see the students walking around outside. It makes the area feel a bit more lively. Sometimes the internet goes slow and we have to wait for things to load, which can be annoying when you’re trying to track a shipment. But overall, it’s a fine place to work. We’ve been here at Makani Centre for a while and we have a decent routine going. We just handle the goods coming in and out and try to stay organized as we go about our day.
