Kesarwani Grain Store Vegetable Fruit Merchant is located on the ground floor of the Vinod building in Andheri West. We are at Shop No 1, right on S V Road. It is quite easy to find us because we are directly opposite the BMW car showroom. It’s a bit of a contrast, seeing those fancy cars across the street while we are here with our bags of grain and crates of fresh vegetables. We start our day very early to get the best produce from the markets. By the time most people are waking up, we are already setting up the bins and stacking the fruit. We carry a lot of different grains too, which people use for their daily meals. The shop gets busy in the mornings and evenings when everyone is doing their shopping. It’s a small space, but we pack a lot into it. We’ve been on S V Road for a long time and have seen it get busier every year. The noise from the traffic is constant, but you get used to it. We aren't a supermarket with aisles and carts. You just come in and tell us what you need. We weigh it out and get it ready for you. It’s how we’ve always done things. We try to keep everything fresh and the stuff we sell is usually pretty good. It is hard work being a merchant, but we enjoy seeing our regular customers every day.
