Kaushik Patel Architects

Kaushik Patel Architects is located at B-204 in Gokul Tower, which is inside the Thakur Complex in Kandivali East, Mumbai, 400101. Thakur Complex is a massive area, but Gokul Tower is easy enough to find once you are in the vicinity. Our office is up on the second floor and serves as our main workspace for all the architectural projects we handle in India. It is a typical Mumbai office setup where space is used efficiently. We don't have any polished brochures or a fancy reception area to impress people. Instead, you will see computers, rolls of blueprints, and a few models of buildings we have worked on sitting on the shelves. The building is usually quite busy with other businesses and residents, so there is a constant flow of activity in the hallways. We spend most of our day here, except when we have to go out to site visits. Kandivali East is a good neighborhood for us because it is well-connected to the rest of the city. There are plenty of small eateries around where we grab a quick lunch during the work week. The atmosphere in the office is pretty relaxed and we just focus on getting the technical drawings right. People usually just call us up or ring the bell at B-204 to talk about their building plans. It’s a very straightforward and practical way to work. We’ve been here for years and the complex feels like a second home to us now.
