Karthik Caterers

Karthik Caterers is based out of Lata Kunj on Nagardas Road in Andheri East. This is a very busy street with a lot of shops and people always moving about. We have been using this space as our main base for quite some time now. Our day usually starts while most people are still sleeping. We have to get the stoves going and the ingredients prepped for the day's orders. Our kitchen isn't massive, but we know exactly where everything is. We don't do much fancy stuff; we just focus on making food that tastes like it should. A lot of our work involves hauling big containers of rice or dal into vans to get them to weddings or office parties on time. The traffic in Andheri can be a real headache, so we spend a lot of time worrying about the clock. We are just a group of local people who know how to cook for large crowds. We don't have a website with professional photos or a salesperson in a suit. If you want to order something, you usually just come by Lata Kunj and talk to us directly. We keep our prices fair and our portions decent because that is how we would want to be treated. It is hard work and it gets very hot in the kitchen, but we are used to it by now and wouldn't change it.
