Karoline Machine Tools Pvt Ltd is situated on the ground floor of Powai Shristi Plaza. We have units 2 and 3 there. It’s a decent place to be. We’ve been here for some time now, just getting on with the daily routine. The plaza is usually full of people coming and going. We don’t go for anything flashy in the shop. It’s just machines and us working on them. Being on the ground floor makes it easy for moving things in and out, which is good because machine tools aren't exactly light. Most days we are just busy with whatever order came in that morning. There isn’t a lot of talking, just the sound of work. We’ve gotten used to the rhythm of this building over the years. Some people struggle to find the exact door, but units 2 and 3 are right there once you walk in. We don’t have a big team, just enough people to keep things moving. It’s a straightforward way to earn a living. We see a lot of the same faces around the plaza every day. Sometimes we grab a tea nearby when there's a break. The space isn't huge, but we make it work for everything we need to do. It gets the job done and that’s what matters at the end of the day. Just a regular shop in a regular plaza. We don't have a receptionist, so you just come in and shout for one of us. Usually, someone is around to help out.
