Karkhanis Kothari Associates

We are located in Borivali West, specifically in room A 301 of the New Gagangiri building on Eksar Road. It’s a decent enough spot, easy to get to once you find the right entrance. We’ve been working as associates here for quite a while now. The office is usually quiet, filled with papers, maps, and drawings spread out over the desks. We don’t really go in for fancy decorations. There’s a potted plant in the corner that has seen better days, but we keep watering it anyway. Most of our day is spent looking at plans or talking to clients on the phone. It’s just a few of us in the office, so things stay pretty informal. We eat our lunch together at the big table in the back most days. The traffic on Eksar Road can be a bit much during the evening rush, so we often stay a little later to let it clear out. It’s a straightforward setup. People come to us when they need help with their projects, and we do our best to get the details right. There isn't any big secret to how we work; we just put in the hours and keep track of everything in our notebooks. If you’re visiting, just tell the watchman you’re headed to the third floor. He knows us well enough by now. We usually have some biscuits to share if you come by.
