Kardhar Locks N Tools

Kardhar Locks N Tools is located at 33/35, Sarang Street, inside the Kapadia Complex. We are in Shop No. 5 right in the middle of Khokhabazar. It’s a crowded area but that's where all the action is for hardware. Our shop is pretty small and it’s packed from floor to ceiling with all kinds of stuff. We have locks of every size, tools for carpentry, and various metal fittings. It’s a bit of a mess sometimes because we have so many items in such a tight space. You have to step over boxes to get to the back. We’ve been here for a good while now and we know most of the other shopkeepers on the street. It’s a loud place with people shouting and carts moving by. The dust gets everywhere, so we spend some time every morning just wiping things down. We don’t have a fancy website or a catalog. People just come in and ask for what they need. If we have it, we dig it out from the shelves. If we don’t, we might know who does. It’s a very basic way of doing business, but it works for us. We drink our tea from the stall at the corner and talk about the day's sales. The lights in the shop are a bit dim, but we can find anything even in the dark. It’s just a regular local shop for people who need tools. We've got everything from small screws to heavy duty wrenches.
