You can find us over at Shop No 4 in Vora Castle. We are right in the middle of Kandivali West, specifically the Kalina area. It is a crowded spot, especially being opposite the Bobby Shopping Centre. There is always noise and people running around. We have been in this little shop for a while now. It is not very big, but it fits us just fine. Most of the work involves talking to people about flats or shops in this part of Mumbai. It can be a headache sometimes with all the rules and the constant traffic outside. We keep a few files on the desk and some maps on the wall. It’s a simple setup. We don't wear suits or anything like that. Just regular clothes for a regular day of work. People come in from the shopping centre across the street just to ask prices or check if anything new is available. We spend a lot of time on the phone or walking to different buildings nearby to check on things. Kandivali is always changing, new buildings going up and old ones getting fixed. We just try to keep up with it all. Kankai Estate Agent is just a small local name. We aren't trying to be some big corporate firm. We just know the streets around here and try to get things done without too much fuss. If you are ever near the shopping centre, you’ll probably see us there. The fan makes a bit of noise, but we don't mind it much.
