Kandivali Housing Agency

We are located at 16 Axle Corner in Kandivali West. It’s a corner spot, so it’s easy to find if you’re driving around the area. We’ve been operating as a housing agency here for quite some time. The office is usually a bit cluttered with files and keys for different flats we’re showing. Kandivali West is a busy suburb, and there’s always someone looking to move in or move out. We spend a lot of time walking from one building to another, showing people kitchens and balconies. Sometimes the keys don’t work or the lift is broken, and we have to climb the stairs, but that’s just part of the job. We don’t put on any acts. We just show the places as they are and tell people the truth about the water or the noise from the street. It’s a lot of paperwork too—agreements, police verification forms, and all that. We try to make it less of a headache for the people who come to us. The agency is a small team. We know most of the watchmen in the area and which societies are strict about things. It’s a local life. We open up in the morning, check the messages, and start the round of calls. It’s basic, honest work helping people find a place to live in this part of Mumbai without all the corporate talk. We just want to get folks settled into a home they can afford.
