Kamala Enterprises

You can find us over at Plot No-B/30 in the Gulmohar Society, right on Juhu Lane in Andheri West. It’s a bit of a weird spot for a business sometimes because the traffic on Juhu Lane can get really backed up in the evenings. We’ve been operating out of this space for a good while. It’s not a big corporate office or anything like that, just a regular place where we handle our business affairs and talk to clients. Some days the neighbors stop by. They might just say hello or ask about a delivery truck blocking the way. We do a bit of everything here. Mostly it's managing orders and making sure the paperwork is sorted out. The office is usually filled with files and a few computers that have seen better days. We try to keep it decent but it’s a very relaxed atmosphere. Most of us have lived in Mumbai our whole lives, so we’re used to the noise and the constant rain during the monsoon. We don't have a fancy reception desk or people in suits. It’s just us doing what we need to do to keep things running. If the phone rings, one of us picks it up. If someone walks in, we find them a chair. It’s a simple way to run a business, and it’s worked for us so far in this busy part of Andheri.
