Kalash Properties

Kalash Properties is located at 31 Kandivali West. We are situated right at the 2nd Cross, on the 6th Main road. If you know the Kamakshi Palaya area at all, we are right there near Gokul Horizon. It’s a pretty nice part of Kandivali West to be based in. The office isn't anything special to look at from the street, but it’s where we spend almost all of our time. We have a few old chairs for guests and a main desk that has definitely seen better days. Working in property in this specific area means we are always hearing about new things happening just around the corner. Gokul Horizon is a really good landmark for people who are trying to find our office for the first time. We get a lot of locals coming in to ask about what’s available for rent or just to check on the latest land prices. It’s a very hands-on job for us. We spend a lot of our time walking around the 6th Main and the 2nd Cross showing people different spots and buildings. The neighborhood is quite friendly and we’ve made a lot of acquaintances over the years. We don’t use any of those polished or fake sales pitches. We just tell people exactly what we know and try to be helpful. It’s a bit dusty sometimes with all the construction going on, but that is just how the neighborhood grows. We like being part of the Kandivali community and seeing how things change.
