KAILASHPATI REALTY LLP

Kailashpati Realty LLP has its office at Kapur Mahal, right on Netaji Subhash Road. We are on the fifth floor, in unit B-23. It’s an older building on Plot-65, located near Churchgate and Marine Drive. Being in this part of Mumbai, 400020, is interesting because there’s so much history around us. The office isn't a modern glass-and-steel place; it’s a bit more traditional with high ceilings and old-style windows. We get a bit of a breeze from the sea sometimes, which helps with the heat. We spend most of our time sitting at our wooden desks, dealing with various realty matters. There are always piles of documents to look through and phone calls to make. It’s a simple, hardworking atmosphere. We don’t have any polished marketing materials or a big reception area. It’s just a room where we can focus on our tasks. Sometimes the lift in the building takes a while, so we get to chat with the neighbors while we wait. The area is always buzzing with people heading to the station or tourists walking along the promenade. We’ve been at this address for quite a while now. It’s a solid, practical place to work from. We just come in every morning, do what needs to be done, and head home in the evening like everyone else. It’s a very grounded way to run a business in such a famous part of the city, and we like the routine of it.
