Our office is located in Flat Number 202 over at Prathamesh Chs in Kamgar Nagar. Being right next to Tilak Nagar Station makes it easy for people to find us when they get off the train. Kurla East is a crowded area, but we like it here. We spend most of our time talking to people about flats and shops in the neighborhood. It’s a lot of walking around and showing places to families or people looking for a new spot. Sometimes the paperwork gets a bit much, but we manage. The building is usually quiet, which is nice when we have to sit down and go through contracts. We’ve seen the area change quite a bit over the years. New buildings coming up while the older ones stay the same. We know the streets around Kamgar Nagar pretty well by now. If someone asks for directions, we can usually tell them exactly where to turn. It isn't a huge operation, just a few of us here trying to keep things moving. We keep a desk, some chairs, and a lot of files. People drop by after work since the station is so close. We usually have tea while discussing what’s available on the market. It’s a practical way to spend the day. We don’t do anything flashy, just help people find a place to stay or do business. It keeps us on our feet and we enjoy the routine of the neighborhood.
