K Vikram Chavan

I’m based out of Sunrise Apartment, which is room 603 over in Andheri West. It’s on the 1st Cross, just off the 5th Main near Tumkur Road. If you are looking for the building, it’s tucked right behind the ICICI Bank. Living and working from here means I don't have to deal with a long commute, which is a relief given how the traffic is around this part of town. The apartment is quiet for the most part, except when the bank gets busy downstairs or there’s a lot of honking on the main road. It’s a basic office setup in a residential building, nothing too professional looking. I have my desk, a lot of files, and a window that looks out over the neighborhood. The bank is a good landmark because everyone knows where it is. Most of the people I talk to are locals or folks who have been sent my way by someone else. I don't have a big staff or anything, it’s mostly just me handling things as they come in. Sometimes the lift in the building acts up, and you have to take the stairs, which isn't great if you're carrying a lot of papers. The area has changed a lot with the new construction, but this block stays pretty much the same. I just keep to my schedule and get through the paperwork day by day without making much of a fuss.
