K N S Architects Pvt Ltd is located over in Andheri West on L B S Marg. It’s a busy stretch of road, so there is always something going on outside our windows. We’ve been here for quite some time now. Our day starts early with a lot of sketches and phone calls. It’s a practical office, nothing too over the top. We have our desks lined up and plenty of paper everywhere. Working in Andheri West means we are right in the middle of everything. L B S Marg can get pretty crowded, but that’s just how it is in this part of the city. We do architectural work for various types of buildings. It’s not just about drawing pretty pictures; it’s about making sure things actually stand up and work for the people using them. We spend a lot of time looking at site plans and structural details. Sometimes we stay late when a deadline is coming up. We don't have a fancy lobby or a lot of promotional posters. We just have our work and the tools we use to do it. If you come by, you’ll probably see us hunched over computer screens or talking over a large printout. It’s a straightforward way of working. We enjoy being part of the local scene here on L B S Marg. It’s our home base and it works well for us.
