We've been at Plot 202 in Kailash Plaza for quite a few years now. Ghatkopar West is always a busy spot, and being right on LBS Marg means we see a lot of people passing by. It’s just a small team of us working here on V.B Extension Road. The office isn't anything fancy, just some desks and a lot of files that seem to keep growing. We don't have a big corporate setup. It's more of a local operation where everyone knows each other’s names. Most of our day is spent handling orders and talking on the phone with folks who need stuff. Sometimes the traffic outside is so loud we have to close the windows, but usually, we just let the breeze in. We started out in a smaller room and eventually moved into this plaza. It’s a good location for us because the tea stall downstairs is great. We don't spend money on big advertisements or anything like that. Most people hear about us from their neighbors or friends. It’s a straightforward way to do business. We just try to keep things organized, though sometimes the paperwork gets a little messy when things get busy. We've lived in Mumbai most of our lives, so we're used to the pace here. We just show up every morning, do the work that needs doing, and head home. It's not a complicated life, but it keeps us busy and pays the bills.
