Our business is Jyoti Express Cuisines Private Limited. We’re over at 14, Laxmi Niwas, which is on Plot No. 390. This is in the Subhash Nagar Estate area, right on N.M. Joshi Marg. We have been here for a good while now, running our operations from this location. We focus on different types of cuisines and getting them out to people quickly. The kitchen can get pretty busy and hot, but that is just how it goes for us. Subhash Nagar is a solid place for a business like ours to be based. We are not a big chain with a lot of money; we are just a private limited company doing our thing. Laxmi Niwas is an older building that we’ve grown fond of over the years. We spend most of our time preparing food and making sure the orders are correct. It is hard work, and the hours can be quite long, especially during the peak times. N.M. Joshi Marg is almost always packed with people and traffic. We know the other folks around Plot 390 pretty well by now. We don't have any marketing people or a fancy office. It’s just the team here at Jyoti Express Cuisines. We concentrate on the food and getting it to those who want it. Sometimes it feels a bit chaotic, but we always manage to get everything done. Being part of the estate community is nice for us.
