Just Sauces

Just Sauces is tucked away in Bandra West, over at Panchratna on Prof Almeida Square. It’s a lively part of the city to be in. We’re not a big factory or anything like that. It’s more of a local operation. We spend most of our time dealing with the daily tasks that come with running a business like this. The kitchen and the workspace are where everything happens. It can get pretty cramped when we have a lot of orders to fill. We don't use any corporate jargon or have big strategy meetings. We just look at what needs to be done and we do it. The atmosphere around Prof Almeida Square is always energetic, which we like. We’ve been at this Bandra West location for a while and the locals seem to know us now. We just focus on making things the way we know how. There’s no polished marketing plan behind what we do. It’s just us, the space we have, and the work we do every day. Sometimes things get a little chaotic, especially during the busy hours, but we find our way through it. Just Sauces is just a small team trying to keep things moving. We’re glad to be in this neighborhood and we just take it one day at a time. It's a lot of work.
