Jupiter Enterprise Associates

Jupiter Enterprise Associates is located at 179 Lohar Chawl. We are in the Manhar Building. Lohar Chawl is one of those old, incredibly busy markets in Mumbai. If you have ever been there, you know it is a maze of shops and people. The Manhar Building is an older structure, but it has a lot of character. We are right in the middle of the hardware and electrical trade. Our office is small and filled with papers and samples. It is always a bit of a squeeze when more than two people are inside. The noise from the street below never really stops. You hear the carts rattling over the stones and people bargaining all day. We have been here for a long time. It is a struggle sometimes with the humidity and the crowds, but this is the heart of the business. We don't have a modern glass office. It’s just a traditional spot in a historic trading area. Most of our associates have been coming to this building for years. We know the local tea vendors and the couriers. It is a tight-knit community despite the chaos. We spend our time managing orders and talking to suppliers. It is a lot of back-and-forth. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest work and keeping track of our things. It’s just us, working away in Lohar Chawl, making sure everything is handled for the day.
