Juneja Food Service

Juneja Food Service is basically a small operation we run near the Gokul Anand Hotel in Borivali East. It stays pretty busy around here, especially with all the traffic coming through this part of the city. We spend most of our time in the kitchen area getting everything ready for the day. It’s not a huge place, so things can get a bit crowded when we have a lot of orders to handle at once. Being right near the hotel makes it easy for people to find us if they are in Borivali East. We aren't trying to be a five-star restaurant or anything fancy. It's just about getting the food done and out to whoever needs it. Some mornings are a bit of a rush to get the supplies in before the streets get too packed. The heat in the kitchen is no joke during the summer months. We've got our routines down pretty well by now though. You’ll see us working away if you pass by the Gokul Anand Hotel area. The space is simple and we keep it functional for what we do. It's just a regular local business trying to keep up with the daily demand. Sometimes we run out of things earlier than expected, but that's just how the food business goes. We usually close up when the containers are empty. It’s a lot of washing up at the end of the day too.
