Our office is Joshi Estate Consultant and we are sitting at Shop No 18 in the Divya Shrusti building. This is in Kandivali West, near Ranna Park. If you are looking for us, the easiest way is to find the ICICI Bank nearby. We are just a short walk from there. The building is a well-known spot in this part of Kandivali. The shop isn't anything spectacular, just a room with some desks and a couple of fans where we do our daily work. Being near Ranna Park is nice because it gives the area a bit of a landmark. We deal with property stuff every day, talking to folks about buying or renting in the neighborhood. It’s a busy life but we enjoy being right here in the mix of things. The traffic around the bank can be a little hectic sometimes, but that’s pretty normal for this side of town. We are just a small local team. We don’t use any big complicated systems, just our ledgers and our phones to keep track of what’s available. If you’re coming by, you can usually find a spot to park near the park and then just walk over to Divya Shrusti. We’ve been in this shop for a good while and we know the streets around here like the back of our hand. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. No fuss, just property consulting for the people in our area.
