Our office is tucked away in Airoli, specifically over at Sai Soham Apartment in Sector-9. It’s a quiet enough spot on Plot No E-77. If you know Navi Mumbai, you know how busy things can get, but being in an apartment complex makes it feel a bit more grounded. We’ve set up shop in room 101. It’s not a huge place, just enough room for the desks and a couple of chairs for when people need to sit down and talk. We aren't really into the whole corporate flashiness you see in some of the bigger towers. Most of us take the train or drive in through the usual traffic. Mornings usually involve a lot of tea and figuring out the schedule. We handle a lot of different things throughout the day, mostly just keeping track of the local details here in Navi Mumbai. The walls are a bit plain, and the filing cabinets are getting pretty full, but it’s a functional space that gets the job done. Sometimes it gets a little noisy when the neighbors are moving around, but that’s part of being in an apartment building. We like it this way because it feels more like being part of the community rather than being stuck in some distant office park. It's a simple setup for a group of people who just want to do their jobs without a lot of fuss. This isn't a high-pressure environment, just a place where we get through our list.
